I've been going for more of an accordion shape instead of an anatomically correct edge flow, and it mostly works but there are poles where the deltoid transitions into the arm and the armpit looks a little questionable to me:
SpletThe rotational point of the arm isn't right. The bone should be about half loop up in its negative Y axis. As long as you're rotating about that point, it'll never look right. Your topology isn't really great for the colors you're showing on your weight paint.
