Web29 apr. 2013 · My horn has always worked every time I have called upon it. The new Clock Spring took care of my airbag light and the cruise issue and the horn still works. I have read various opinions about what will or will not work with a Clock Spring issue. Based on those opinions and my own experience I would surmise that the symptoms can vary.
