However, you still must apply for this excusal, demonstrating that you are indeed a medical practitioner to the court. WebbThey send a letter that doesn’t require a signature. They have no proof that you have got that letter. If they want people to go that much they should at least sent out the letter with a required signature. They don't have the resources to go after people who don't turn up for jury duty and neither do the police.
